Frequently asked questions

1. Delivery and returns
1.1 Delivery

We always ship with PostNL. Your package will be delivered within 1 - 3 working days. 

Our standard shipping cost is € 4,95, you will not pay shipping for orders above € 150 (within the Netherlands). 

We delivery from Monday through Saturday, with exceptions of public holidays. During our peak periods and Sales we expect delivery times to take a bit longer. 

1.2 Pick-up in store for free

You can have your parcel delivered, free of charge at our store at Eerste van der Helststraat 58 (We Are Labels de Pijp). This option will be visible during check-out. You will receive an email from us as soon as your package is ready. In this e-mail you will also find the openings hours. Don't forget to bring a valid ID.

 

 

1.3 Pick-up order at PostNL location

At the pay out, select "pick up at PostNL location" to get your package at one of your local PostNL pick up locations. If you fill in your postal code you'll see all the pick up stores in your neighbourhood.

1.4 Track your parcel

When your package has been shipped, you'll get an email with the delivery information and a tracking link to follow your package. 

1.5 International delivery

We also ship to foreign countries. We use the following prices.

 

 

1.6 Returns

You can return your order within 14 days after the package has been delivered. In your account you can specify which items you're going to return.

Returns are processed within 14 days. You will receive your refund within this period on the payment method of your purchase.

Please note that: items can only be returned in a good condition. Items cannot be damaged, dirty, washed or worn. All tags must be on the items as well. 

Is your article broken or incomplete? Please get in touch with our customer service team to discuss your return.

1.7 Can I exchange an item in my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an ordered item. If the item size is not correct, you will need to place a new order.

2. Payments
2.1 Credit card

We accept all credit cards with the Mastercard and Visa logo. We Are Labels guarantees the safety of your data. All data is encrypted transmitted to ensure complete security of sensitive information. Read more in our privacy policy.

2.2 iDeal

With iDeal you pay directly for your order via online banking of one of the participating banks. Select iDeal as the payment method during checkout and select your bank from the list. You will be redirected to online banking from your own bank, where you will log in as usual. Confirm the amount of your purchase here. You will return to wearelabels.com where your payment will be completed. 

2.3 Post-payment

Unfortunately it is not possible yet to pay by a post-payment.

Unfortunately, it is not possible yet to pay afterwards with Afterpay or Klarna

3. Gift cards
3.1 Gift cards

Gift cards are only available in our stores and the credit of the card can only be used in one of our stores. After purchasing a gift card, the credit will always be valid. After buying an item with a gift card, the remaining balance can be used again at any time.

4. In-store purchases
4.1 Returning an item

Items can only be swapped with the original receipt within 7 days, only if the items are in good condition. This means that the items cannot be damaged, dirty, washed or worn and all tags are still attached to the item.

Lingerie and jewelry cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. 

All Sale items are final and cannot be returned. 

You can return your item for a different product or store credit in the form of a gift card, but we do not
provide refunds to the original payment method.
 
Our gift cards are valid in all store locations

 

 

4.2 Broken items from a store

Broken products can be returned if you're able to prove that you have used the items normally, as intended, and you still have the original receipt. 

We use the warranty by law for all broken products

We always try to repair the product/ item whenever possible. If not, we will provide you with a new product/ item.

These are challenging times for all of us, and we want to reassure you that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the local authorities' guidelines. In all of our stores we've taken every hygienic precautions possible. This to maintain the safety of our team and yours, our lovely customers.

No, unfortunately not our entire collection is online. In the stores you will find a wider selection.
