frequently asked questions

1. in-store purchases
1.1 returning items

— Items van only be returned with the original receipt within 7 days after purchase.

— Items should be in good and sellable condition, meaning that they cannot be damaged, stained, washed or worn, and all tags and cards are still attached to the product. 

— Lingerie and jewelry cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

— Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

— For returned items we give back a voucher with store credit. We don't give money back. 

1.2 defects and complaints

— Broken or damaged items can be returned when you can show proof that items have been used under "normal" circumstances, and can show us the original receipt. 

— We use the legal guarantee period for defected products. 

— Web will first look for ways to repair the damaged product. When this is not possible, we will look for a replacement product. 

2. vouchers & coupons
2.1 gift cards

— Gift cards can be purchased in all our stores.

— Gift cards remain their value and can be spent in all our stores. 

— The remaining amount after a purchase with a giftcard will remain on your gift card as credit. 

— Returns of purchases paid with gift cards will be refunded with a new voucher. 

2.2 refund vouchers

— Refund vouchers can be used in all our stores. 

— When your purchase is below the amount on your voucher, the remaining amount will be kept on the voucher as store credit. 

3. tax free shopping
3.1 vat refunds

— We are Labels is partner of vatfree. This means that when you (temporarily) outside of the EU, you can ask a tax refund for purchases over €50. 

— The refund takes place when you have left the country and your purchases have been entered in the vatfree app with the original receipt.

4. purchasing online
4.1 can I order online?

— Currently it's not possible to order from us online. We are working hard on a new website to better keep you up-to-date on our new collections of the latest trends. Because we are implementing a number of important changes to our logistics and assortment, we have decided to suspend our webshop temporarily. 

— Do you want to stay informed about the latest collections and the opening of our new website? Sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know about new arrivals, exclusive deals, and updates on our stores.

4.2 earlier online orders

— Did you make a purchase with us before July 15th? You can still return your items within 14 days after the purchase date. Use the return form and the return sticker inside your package for this. The reimbursement of the returned items takes place within 14 days after we have received them.

— Do you still have online shopping credit with us? Contact us at customerservice@wearelabels.com. We'll ensure that the credit is converted into a gift voucher for our stores.
