Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are jointly responsible with the Store Manager for the branch. In addition to supporting the Store Manager, you will also have your own responsibilities and will be versatile in your role.

Responsibilities

- Improving / maintaining the efficiency of work processes

- Maintaining overview and ensuring structure in the store and the warehouse together with the Store Manager

- Ensuring a successful presentation and layout of the store

- Supporting the team in the absence of colleagues in the department and taking on tasks as necessary

- Setting an example and inspiring colleagues

- Selling the collection

- Advising customers

- Working on the shop floor

- In the absence of the Store Manager, you will be the point of contact in the store and ensure smooth operation of tasks.

Who are we looking for?

- Minimum completed vocational education at level 3 or 4

- Relevant work experience in retail

- Proficient in the Dutch language

- Flexible availability (including weekends)

- Relevant commercial and managerial experience

- Attention to detail

- Organizational skills and ability to maintain overview
