We Are Labels is a modern retail concept for men and women. Founded in 2010 as a small boutique in Amsterdam, we started with a mission to spotlight independent brands with an emphasis on authenticity and craftmanship.

Today, We Are Labels continues to stay true to its vision with the addition of 7 stores throughout the Netherlands & Belgium and our webshop wearelabels.com.

Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging and educational HR internship at a small but dynamic company in Amsterdam? Then you've come to the right place! We offer you the opportunity to experience all aspects of HR.

Responsibilities

- Assisting with the administrative process of recruitment, internal movement, and departures

- Processing changes for payroll administration

- Drafting letters, contracts, and agreements

- Responding to various HR-related queries from employees and clients

- Supporting the HR Manager

Who are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree

- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both spoken and written

- A team player with a hands-on mentality

- Eager to learn and detail-oriented, not easily discouraged

- Capable of working independently but also willing to ask questions
